Ugh.. Power goes out here constantly, and it's high time Bangalore gets with it, as far as I'm concerned. A city which makes millions of dollars a day shouldn't be dealing with power failures daily. Neither should the ISPs. I lost my connection for pretty much 24 hours. Yeah. For a person like me who's ADDICTED to being online, it can definitely numb the brain.
On a much more positive note, I'll be watching Superman Returns the first day of release in India, which is on Friday. Almost all the reviews I've read have been positive, and I'm not too surprised. Bryan Singer hasn't let a comic fan down yet. So why start now?
One thing that DID annoy me- I was reading on MSN user reviews, and this one jackass totally ruined all the surprises that are in store. Now I understand that at some point someone's going to tell you, but THIS SOON??? I mean, you didn't hear people tell you about The Sixth Sense's twist or Fight Club's ending until a few months later. This dumbass told me what happened the day that it opened in the US! I should sue him.
Or just get over it. Which I'll do, because I don't care-- all I'm waiting for is that opening score by John Williams... and I'll be a six year old boy once again, watching a man fly.
