I just sat up and watched 9 episodes of Lost in a row. Incidentally, that was also the answer to yesterday's blog, so Niya got it right! It is now 7 am and time for me to go to sleep.....

aarrrrgghhh......zzzzz.....

I'm just going to "replay" a conversation Apsi and I had earlier today. Try to figure it out...

V: Babe, you're not coming over tonight, right?
A: No, I've got work and then I've got a bunch of stuff to do in the morning so I have to be home.
V: Right... listen. There's something I need to do. I mean, you're not here, and I can't just keep waiting anymore.
A: Huh?
V: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (You guess the line.)
A: Oh. Fine. Whatever.
V: Baby don't get mad- I mean, you and I can do it together too. It's just that right now I can't wait.
A: I already said 'fine'. Go right ahead.
V: It's not like that, listen, it's much more special when I'm doing it with you anyway but I... (sigh) yeah, I just wanted to let you know. We've been waiting for so long and something keeps coming up. Tonight I have time, and you're not here. Again. So yeah.
A: I'll probably be able to see you Monday!
V: I know, but I need to xxxxx right now. So xxxx and I are going to. Anyway.... that's it. I'll talk to you later.

Wow. You know it never ceases to amaze me the lengths that guys go to in order to impress girls. I mean let's face it, women are extremely tricky. You don't want them to think you're ignoring them, but at the same time, ya just can't come on too strong. And when I say strong, there's a LIMIT.

I think the reason why Indian guys (born here) are so bad at these is because they're brought up on these horrible Bollywood movies that have a song and dance number every 15 minutes and always- ALWAYS- a man and a woman falling in love. There's not a single one I can think of that doesn't; at least any commercial successes. So without further ado, I give you a prime example of why Indian guys have been pussy whipped by their own film industry. So. SO. SAD.

Wow. You've gotta check these out. I drooled.

I just watched Goal! and if there's even a tiny bit of a soccer lover in you, you have to go and rent this movie. Sports movies in general are okay, but when it's a game that you actually are passionate about, it makes it so much more worthwhile. The movie is actually a trilogy, and the next two sequels are coming out....well...I have no idea. I guess I could check at IMDB. Anyway, go rent it- you'll enjoy it.
